Note: Following the August 2026 release, User Setup has moved. It is no longer found under the Settings module, but is now accessed by clicking the profile icon in the bottom left corner of the sidebar and selecting User setup. The settings are now organized into four tabs: Profile, Delegate approval, Notifications, and Language & formats.

User setup contains information derived from the individual user's profile setup under "Users" made by your admin. This means that fields which cannot be changed in User setup can be updated under "Users" for the specific profile.

The user setup is created so that you can adjust preferences and information to make your app-experience better.

Profile

The Profile tab shows the user's personal details, including name, email, phone number, OTP phone number, and personal PIN for payment approval.

Personal PIN for payment approval
Personal PIN is a six-digit code that the user can create for their profile. This PIN is used when creating payments in "Bank" and is combined with an SMS sent to the user's OTP phone number for added security.

How to create or change your personal PIN for payment authorization
Note: To create a personal PIN for payment authorization, the OTP phone number must be entered. This is set up in "Users" in the Settings module.

Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner and select User setup.
Make sure the Profile tab is selected.
Click the Personal PIN for payment approval field.
Enter the code you want.

Delegate approval

The Delegate approval tab allows you to choose who can approve payments on your behalf while you are away, for example during holiday or sick leave.

How to set up a delegate for approval

Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner and select User setup.
Select the Delegate approval tab.
Use the dropdown to select the user who should approve on your behalf.
Select a Start date for the delegation to begin, and an End date where the delegation access ends.

Notifications

Notifications are designed to assist you, so you don't need to monitor the system continuously. By enabling selected notifications, you can simply wait to be alerted when an action or task requires your attention.

Notifications are divided into the following categories:

Push – Messages received directly on your smartphone, provided you have the app installed.
Email – Notifications sent to your registered email address.

Push and email notifications are enabled when the toggle is green and disabled when it is white.

Language & formats

The Language & formats tab lets you choose the system language as well as how dates, times, and time zones are displayed.

Language selection
Language selection allows the user to choose the system's language, which can be either English or Danish.

Date/time localization and time zone
These settings control how dates and times are displayed. They currently apply only to the purchase invoice section.

How to change the language of the system

Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner and select User setup.
Select the Language & formats tab.
Click the Language field and select the desired language.

How to change date/time localization or time zone

Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner and select User setup.
Select the Language & formats tab.
Click the Date/time localization or Time zone field and select the desired option.

Note: There is no Save button, as the system saves your settings in User Setup automatically.
